Some information needs updating

Most of the character guide is written by Satoshi Oda and Sachiyo Suyama, which is probably important enough to include. Additionally, it is not "only available in Japanese," as French and German versions exist too. My friend owns the guide in French. Just a note that the text of the Tumblr post reads "Satoshi Oda" while the image reads "Satoshi Onoda," but "Oda" is the correct version.

Hi, this comes up every now and then but if you see that a page which has barely been edited at all in years needs updating, please just add what's missing - formatting will be fixed by someone afterwards. There are very few editors and quite a lot of pages on this wiki for all articles to contain every single bit of information; things can be overlooked. If it's a matter you really are unsure about, feel free to ask but you don't need to run every edit through the talk page first^^

I did add the information about the French and German versions, but I didn't add anything about the writers because I wasn't sure where to add that. The infobox does not have a spot for writers. I can, however, add a sentence in the body of the article about them.
