Haha, I'm on time for this chap! Edgar is the main chapter cover... A lot of fangirls might go yay, but as for the people with better tastes like me, I go meh...

Anyhoo, besides the cover, this chap was ok. Basically, it just elaborate more on Weston College and Ciel's attempts to get more info. And I like that new guy, the vice principal, Johan Agares. He's pretty funny, trippin' and bleedin' like that yet he's all chill about it. And is it just me or the prefects just hafta pose on almost every time they show up? (xD) One is supposed to look feminine (and yes, he does), the other is to look tough, the other is to look dark and moody, and the other always has that finger pushing up the glasses (I noticed that the nerd one has the weirdest haircut).

Well enough comments about their appearances. Ciel adjusts to the schedule and he talks with McMillan about stuff. According to him, Violet Wolf is to be especially avoided. (And oh my god, fag?? I get that apparently fagging is normal in British schools, but when I think of fag, I think of something else. Something rude. I apologize for my American ways.)

So there are rivalries among the dorms. Cool. Good to have some competition or it'd be boring. And apparently, Derek had transferred to diff dorms under the mysterious principal's orders. Then there's Clayton who I still do not like. Ciel pushes his cleaning duty to Sebastian as expected and goes to find Derek. Ok so at the Purple House (I don't like how Yana named the Houses; not original or creative at all), it's basically a haunted house and a cemetery by the looks of it. Apparently those creepy students hide outside and wait for someone to come so they can throw rocks at. Though... I just noticed something. At this page: http://www.kuroshitsujimanga.com/68/24/, there is someone in the far right side with the eyelashes and curly hair who looks like Lizzy. I thought it was a girl at first, but then again it's an all boys school, so I guess he's a crossdresser. (There was really no point in pointing it out but I just found it kinda strange. No offense to any crossdressers.)

The creepy students began throwing rocks at Ciel, and this guy with a mohawk, who looks like a criminal, comes out and makes fun of nerds. Violet steps out after Ciel runs away. (I still think Violet is the coolest out of all the prefects.) Afterwards, Ciel decides that the best way to get info is to kiss up to Clayton. Haha, well let's see how this turns out. Ciel puts on his supah happy face again (which I'm not a huge fan of 'cuz I'd rather for him to be evil and badass like in other arcs).

Anyhoo, the principal seems to be the big deal so far. Can't wait to see him. Hopefully, this arc will turn out being really interesting. Comments are appreciated, just keep 'em clean.
